Title: Summer Fruit Compote - Glorious Liqueurs

5cCut up light colored fruit*
2cAssorted dark colored
  Fruit**
5tbSugar
3tbOrange, apricot and/or peach
  Liqueur
1 1/2tbBlackberry and/or raspberry
  Liqueur

*Peeled and sliced peaches or nectarines, cubed honeydew or cantaloupe, cubed pineapple, quartered apricots, peeled and sliced green plums

**pitted bing cherries, peeled and sliced purple plums, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries

Place light fruits in one bowl and dark in another. Toss light with 3 tablespoons of the sugar and the liqueur. Toss the light with the remaining sugar and the raspberry liqueur. Cover both bowls and refrigerate about an hour.

To serve, place light fruits in serving bowl. Add dark fruits in center.
